Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing AkashaBowls®. Our goal is to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find important information about our shipping policies.

 

Processing Time
After receiving your order, processing and preparing it for shipment usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that no processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.

Since AkashaBowls® crystal singing bowls are handmade products, there may occasionally be production delays during periods of high demand. In such cases, you will receive an email notification with an estimated shipping date.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location as well as the size and weight of the package.

Free Shipping: Orders over a certain value (e.g., €100) qualify for free shipping within Germany.


Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days

  • EU countries: 4-7 business days

  • International shipments (outside the EU): 7-14 business days

Please note these delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to external factors such as customs or weather conditions.


International Shipments & Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office regarding possible additional charges as they can vary.


Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.


Undeliverable Shipments & Returns
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the shipping costs of a reshipment.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. In such cases, we kindly ask you to provide photos of the damaged items and packaging.
