Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that show signs of use or damage.

  • Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide further details on how to proceed.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items made specifically for you cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
